Food journal
Log every food you offer in seconds. Smart suggestions, recently given foods, favorites — all with a single tap.
- A food library suited to Turkish cuisine
- Add portion, texture and notes
Milk & Spoon turns all those little questions about starting solids into one calm journal. The 3-day rule, allergy tracking, milk pumping and a milk stash — it works offline and stays on your phone.
This app does not provide medical advice. Please consult your doctor for health decisions.
When you introduce a new food, Milk & Spoon holds off on suggesting the next one for 3 days. That makes it much easier to link any possible allergic reaction to a single food. It all happens quietly in the background.
